Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works thereof.
10.2 License to Use Proprietary Code: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, RESPOND Clinical Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the proprietary code (if applicable) provided as part of the Service solely for your internal use and in accordance with these Terms.
